Backboards
At Newport Boat Models, we feel that a beautiful backboard is just as important as the model itself. All of our models come standard with a cherry wood backboard with a satin finish. We also offer the same cherry wood backboard with a gloss finish, if you prefer a more "shiny" look. Below are some examples of each different finish.
Satin Finish Backboard
The model above is mounted on our standard satin finish cherry wood, included with every model.
Gloss Finish Backboard
The model above is mounted on our beautiful cherry wood with a gloss finish.
